Busy day

Today was fairly busy for me, I had to run to the grocery store to get stuff to make cake balls, actually, cake pops, I put them on the stick for the first time.  Keira is having a valentine's party at school on Wednesday and I knew I wouldn't have time to do it tomorrow after school.  So, I made those with Keira's help, practiced logos for my photo biz, since I bought my domain, vanessaarmstrongphotography.com, nothing there yet, btw, I need to start figuring out things.  Anyhow, do I did some logo stuff, still not super happy with any of it.

We had hot dogs for dinner and then after I finished the cake pops, I cooked dinner for tomorrow night, so I wouldn't have to worry about anything after school.  And I scrapped a page.

Where have I been

Busy it seems like this week has be hectic, even though I don't know what I was doing.  LOL!  Friday I was feeling pretty crappy, sinus issues.  Thursday I had a migraine like you wouldn't believe.  Anyhow, just been busy.  I've done a lot of scrapping though, so much in fact I've caught up again.  LOL!

And I've also been doing the challenges over at the Sweet Shoppe, I got my 30 points in 3 days, enough to get 40% off in Sweet Rewards next month! Here are some of those pages.

A lot of these are for the Book of Me project I'm working on this year. 

And I made another mini album for Sean.  IT was suppose to be for Valentine's day, but I couldn't wait to give it to him.

I'll get the 365 gallery updated, and you can look through there to see last weeks photos.

Other good news is I think we'll be debt free by April!  I can't believe it, amazing, truly amazing to me.

I'm seriously rethinking this 365 thing.  I'm so bored with it.  LOL!

Sean and I went out to lunch and a movie today.  We saw When in Rome. 

I love Josh Duhamel, I liked him back when he was on All My Children, back when I watch soaps.  And I think Kristen Bell is cute as she can be.  IT was really funny, great supporting cast.  Sean loved it.  Its a good date movie. 

 
  

Hello

It's been a couple days since I last blogged, been busy and tired.  LOL!  Just wanted to share my 365 photos really quickly.

  

Badge Album

For my 365 photo today its a  picture of the badge album I made for Cooper.  Keira has several little books that I've made her.

My speech went well today, got work on not looking at the screen when I use visual aids.  LOL!  But I came in at exactly 3 minutes and we had between 2 and 3 minutes.  LOL!  SO, perfect on time.

 

IF you noticed

I didn't blog yesterday for the first time in like a month. 

I didn't feel like it really, Sean has a cold, I ended up watching All About Steven and Wings.  I did get a photo yesterday, I haven't yet today, but I will.

I decided to do a few of the challenges at the Sweet Shoppe this month, I wasn't going to, but I've already got 10 points, so that's 20% off. 

just a couple of the pages I did.  The bottom one will go in my About Me album, that puts my total up to 3 pages.  LOL!  It would be nice to finish it by 2011.  But, we'll see I guess.

 
 
 

Long Day

Wow!  I left the house this morning at 9am for school, got home around 5pm, showered and we left again at 5:30 to go eat dinner before the basketball game that Keira was performing the little cheers at.  We didn't get home until about 9:30.  I haven't had a 12 hour day probably since I got out of the Air Force.

Today we shot in the studio, using one light, and moving the position of it.  It was fun, I can't wait to do more.

 
Sean got us Tim McGraw & Lady Antebellum tickets today!  I'm so excited.  I've seen Tim McGraw before, but it was almost 11 years ago.  I was a senior in High School and he was touring with George Strait.

I'll try to post some pictures of little miss cheerleader Keira tomorrow.  I'm too worn out to do it today.

School was boring again

Aside from learning a little lightroom stuff, he started talking about layering and such.  Can you say digital scrapbooking.  LOL!  I'm sure it'll pick up soon. 

Another thing, my harddrive wouldn't work today.  I've got to plug it in here and see if its ok.  It caused 2 computers to freeze up at school.

And a page, I'm finally starting to work on an about me book and the Sweet Shoppe is doing some challenges based on the idea.  THis is one of the prompts.

 

More Cheerleading

Today was Keira's last Little Cheers practice before Friday night.  She seemed to be doing much better, I'm excited to see her cheer on Friday.

I was a little disappointed that I couldn't find her a cheer skirt, they were all sold out.  So she'll just wear black pants.  

She got to hang out with her cousing Jada, and she loves it. 

Aren't they so sweet! 

This morning I took Coop to playgroup, it was nice when we first got there, only 3 other little girls, but probably the last 15 minutes a group of older kids showed up, I guess the kids care program at the school, its basically daycare.  I didn't care much for the older ones being in there.  Its a hard floor,they play rough.  I'll probably try it again, but if the older ones come again, he's not going back.  I worry too much.  LOL!

Stud's new bed

I'm so glad that we got Stud a nice new fire truck bean bag bed.  LOL!  Sean took Cooper's ripped one back today and got this one to replace it and I knew that the cats would take it over.  Keira wants to bring hers back in the living  room now too. 

My digital imaging class is boring me to death, seriously!  I'm so sick of talking about why the additive and subtractive colors do what they do.  I get it.  LOL! 

Sean told me today that he thinks the Little Cheers is just for this one week.  That totally sucks if it is.  I was hoping it'd be a couple months.  Guess not.  So, I'll have to start looking for something else for her to do.
